Your price is guaranteed once we have received full payment, We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we understand that payment for this booking is fraudulent. The payment is non-refundable, if reservation is cancelled full payment will be forfeited. We strongly recommend that you use holiday cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your holiday. This will provide you with piece of mind if an unforeseen event forces you to cancel your holiday. We reserve the right to refuse any booking and, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel or alter arrangements made. If it is necessary to cancel the booking due to circumstances outside our control we will refund in full all monies paid to us for the booking. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by PayPal/cash. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal/cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
